Xtreme Fitness strives on giving their members "Individualized Attention", and one of the most popular ways that we at Xtreme do this, is through our personal training programs. Xtreme Personal Training is offered to both members and non-members through one on one, goal specific programming. Every client gets their own individualized workout program from their personal trainer. These assisted workout sessions help the individual to achieve their goals over a realistic period of time. All of Xtreme's Personal Trainers are certified through nationally accredited training programs.
1 on 1 Personal Training: 1 hour sessions
One on one personal training is geared to help an individual reach their specific goals. A goal planning session is first arranged where the personal trainer and client meet to go over specific goals and realistic time frames of achieving these goals. Then the trainer will work on setting up a workout plan for the individual. Next the trainer then guides and motivates their client through the course of their workout.
One on one personal training is for everyone, it does not matter your age or level of fitness. There is a type of training for you at Xtreme!
